Terms of Use

1. Who provides the Service

UnlimGPT is provided by Unlim-FZ LLC, United Arab Emirates ("UnlimGPT", "we", "us"). These terms govern our website, web chat and API (the "Service"). Contact hello@unlimgpt.com about these terms, payments or complaints.

Until approved and an effective date is announced, this draft is not an operative contract. Publishing it, linking to it in the registration form, registering or using the Service does not by itself constitute acceptance of this draft version.

Once an approved version takes effect, registering, placing an order or using the Service after having an opportunity to review it will constitute agreement to the terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to accept them on its behalf. An individual written agreement takes priority for matters it expressly covers. Our Privacy Policy describes personal data processing; accepting these terms does not replace separate consent where legally required.

2. Age and accounts

The Service is intended for people aged 18 or older who can enter into a contract under applicable law. Provide accurate details and keep your contact email current. Protect passwords, API keys and other access credentials; do not publish them or share them with unauthorized people.

You are responsible for your account and integrations you authorize to the extent required by law. If you suspect compromise, revoke affected credentials and contact us. These terms do not make you responsible for security failures caused by us.

3. What the Service provides

The Service offers access to AI models available in the catalog through chat and a compatible API. Model and tool availability, usage allowances and speed depend on your plan, technical capabilities and current limits. A model name does not mean you contract directly with its developer; UnlimGPT is not the developer of third-party models.

Jailbreak is an additional response mode available on supporting plans. It may provide an additional response after a model declines a request, but does not guarantee fulfillment of every request, any particular quality or the absence of refusals. Applicable law and the Service's acceptable use rules apply in this mode as well.

We may add or remove models and tools, perform maintenance and restrict unavailable features. A material reduction in a paid service is addressed under the refunds section. A service level agreement applies only if separately agreed in writing; a plan name does not create one.

4. AI limitations

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or similar to responses other users receive. Check facts, references, code and results before using them. A response is not professional medical, legal, financial or other advice and does not replace a qualified professional.

Do not rely solely on AI for decisions affecting people's health, safety, rights or significant interests. You are responsible for choosing how to use results and obtaining necessary human review. A response or citation does not establish accuracy, legality or permission to use material.

5. Your content and rights

"Inputs" are prompts, messages, files and other information you submit. "Outputs" are responses, images and other material returned by the Service. You retain the rights you hold in Inputs. Submit only material you are entitled to use and provide for processing, including other people's personal data.

You permit us to process Inputs and Outputs as necessary to provide the Service: fulfilling requests, running selected tools, saving history and maintaining security. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content or authorize its use in advertising.

To the extent of our rights and applicable law, we do not claim exclusive rights to your Outputs. Protection and use of an Output depend on applicable law, third-party rights and applicable model terms. We do not guarantee uniqueness, copyright protection or freedom from infringement. Submitting a request does not give you rights in someone else's material, trademarks or software.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for:

• unlawful acts, fraud, identity theft or breaches of applicable sanctions and export restrictions;
• sexual exploitation of minors, sexual abuse material or non-consensual intimate material;
• unlawfully obtaining or sharing personal data, breaching confidentiality or infringing intellectual property;
• unauthorized access, malware distribution, credential theft or attacks on the Service and other users;
• evading payment, usage limits or access controls, account abuse or loads that disrupt the Service;
• presenting AI output as an authentic document, identity or fact to deceive or cause harm.

Research, discussion and authorized testing are not violations by themselves: legality, authorization and actual use matter. When integrating the API into your product, ensure your users follow these rules and receive necessary data notices. Applicable licensing and mandatory rules for a selected model must be available to users before use; this provision does not introduce undisclosed contractual terms.

7. Prices, credits and limits

Current offers are described on the pricing page, in your account and in an agreed order. Before payment, the amount, currency, period, taxes and any mandatory additional charges must be disclosed. A promotional calculator does not guarantee a number of requests or create a fixed monetary obligation.

Credits are units of service consumption, not a bank account, electronic money or an investment asset. They cannot be transferred between organizations or automatically redeemed for cash. This does not limit legal rights to a payment refund.

Monthly subscription credits apply to their corresponding period; unused amounts expire at the end of that period and do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits have no scheduled expiry and can be used for ordinary model responses. Jailbreak uses monthly subscription credits only. Period, weekly, time-window and concurrent-request limits apply independently of the displayed total balance.

8. Request accounting and cancellation

A logical request has one final charge. The rate is fixed when the request is accepted and corresponds to the response mode actually charged. Internal retries do not create separate charges. A retry recognized by the API as idempotent within its specified window does not start a second paid generation.

Available credits are reserved before processing; a reservation is neither a final charge nor a guaranteed maximum cost. On completion, actual usage is accounted for and any unused reservation is released; the final charge may differ from the reservation. Charges for a cancelled request depend on its stage:

• cancellation before billable execution begins does not consume credits;
• cancellation during an ordinary response already being displayed may charge usage, including input processing and reasoning; if full usage is unavailable, an estimate under the usage accounting rules may apply;
• cancellation while Jailbreak is queued or processing, before its result is accepted, does not consume credits;
• once a result has been accepted for completion, a later cancellation does not reverse its accounting;
• a technically unsuccessful request does not consume credits; temporary reservations are released when accounting finishes.

Closing a tab or losing a web-chat connection does not necessarily stop generation: use "Stop". An API client disconnect may be treated as cancellation. A model refusal accepted as a completed response is not, by itself, a technical failure. Usage details are available in your account; you may ask us to review a disputed charge.

9. Subscriptions and cancellation

A subscription provides the features specified in the order for the paid period. Automatic renewal or top-up is permitted only after explicit agreement on price, frequency and how to disable it before activation; an account or payment details alone do not provide that authorization.

Cancelling renewal keeps access until the end of the paid period. Downgrades normally apply from the next period. Before an upgrade is confirmed, the new price, period start and credit for the unused portion of the current period are shown. Individual agreements may specify a different process. Contact support for cancellation or changes not available in the interface.

10. Refunds and payment errors

To request a refund or dispute a payment, email hello@unlimgpt.com with your account, date, amount, transaction reference and reason. Do not send passwords, API keys, a full card number or its security code.

We review mistaken or duplicate payments, incorrect charges, failure to provide a paid service and statutory refund grounds. A confirmed credit-accounting error is corrected; where a monetary refund is due, it is made through the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed. The payment institution also affects how long funds take to arrive.

Ordinary subscription cancellation does not automatically refund access already provided. Used credits are not restored solely because a result did not meet subjective expectations. This does not exclude complaints about paid-service quality or mandatory consumer rights. If we permanently stop providing a paid service, a claim for the unused portion of payment is considered under the agreement and applicable law. These terms do not establish a universal "payments are never refundable" rule.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach, compromise, unpaid obligations or a legal requirement. Restrictions should be proportionate to their cause; when lawful and safe, we explain them and how to contact us. Urgent security measures may be taken without advance notice.

You may stop using the Service and cancel renewal. Ending access does not automatically erase data or remove mandatory refund rights. The Privacy Policy describes processing after access ends. Contact support to appeal a restriction.

12. Rights in the Service

The Service's software, design, brand and other materials are protected by applicable rights. We grant a limited right to use the Service under these terms. It does not transfer rights in source code, trademarks or third-party materials. Third-party components retain their licenses. When reporting an issue or suggesting an improvement, avoid providing confidential material unnecessarily.

13. Warranties and liability

We do not guarantee error-free AI, continuous availability of every model or suitability of an Output for a particular decision. Warranty limitations and exclusion of indirect losses apply only to the extent permitted by law; separately agreed commitments remain effective.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer rights, liability for fraud, intentional misconduct and other statutory cases. We do not transfer responsibility for our own unlawful acts to you. Failure of an external system does not, by itself, remove rights the law provides for a paid service.

14. Applicable law and disputes

The law of the United Arab Emirates applies to the extent that it governs the agreement and Unlim-FZ LLC's activities. Mandatory rules applicable to you as a consumer remain effective. You may first contact us to resolve a dispute, but this does not limit timely recourse to a competent court or authority. These terms do not impose mandatory foreign arbitration or waive statutory remedies.

15. Changes and language versions

We publish the current version with its date. We notify you in advance of material changes through the Service or your contact email where legally required or where they affect an existing paid agreement. New terms do not apply retroactively to completed requests; changes to a paid offer must comply with the agreement and law. Where separate consent is needed, continued use does not automatically replace it.

The Russian and English versions are intended to have equivalent meaning. Tell us about any discrepancy; interpretation must not reduce mandatory user rights. An invalid provision does not invalidate the rest where the law permits them to operate independently.
